2018's Japanese Cooking Class was a Success!

On November 11, about 25 participants from no less than four countries attended the annual Japanese Cooking Class. In groups, everyone worked together to cook three different Japanese dishes: sukiyaki, potato salad, and kinoko gohan. When all the groups had finished making their food, everyone sat down to enjoy a delicious lunch together. We sincerely hope that all the participants from this year's cooking class will continue to use the recipes they learned in the future.
