About OIEA

What is OIEA?

The Okaya International Exchange Association (OIEA) was founded in March 1992. To this day we have planned a number of international exchange events and activities in the Okaya city area.

We aim to provide support for the international exchange activities of local citizens, businesses, local groups, and foreign residents through collecting and disseminating both domestic and foreign information as well as providing consultation services.

We will also continue to deepen international understanding and promote internationalization through various trainings and international exchange activities.

Purpose The Okaya International Exchange Association supports the international exchange activities of local citizens, businesses, groups, as well as foriegn residents through the gathering and provision of a variety of information, and the provision of consultation services. In addition, through various kinds of international exchange programmes, and educational classes and seminars, we aim to deepen international understanding, and create a community open to the world.

Symbol Mark

The initial "O" from OIEA intersects the green earth, symbolizing the partnership with and broadening of international exchange.
