Welcome

Since the establishment of Okaya International Exchange Association (OIEA) in March 1992, we have assisted international exchanges between various organizations, companies and citizens through consultations and information dissemination.

Through our various activities, we learned that many Okaya City residents who came from other countries have experienced many difficulties. We realized that the kind cooperation of our citizens was not enough to help foreign residents. Supplying proper information was indispensable to making their stay comfortable.

After careful deliberations, we have decided to put the Okaya City Living Guide online. We hope that this guide will make life in Okaya easier for people from other countries. We also hope that those assisting them can also make use of this valuable information.

We would greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have for improving future editions of our living guide.

I would like to express my gratitude to the people who gave us their kind cooperation in writing this living guide.
